Employment data is complex. Not all organisations have the capacity nor capability to produce employment data for their own needs or to use as a marketing tool to help their clients, talent pools and related stakeholders.
If you are not looking for a series of regular publications in the form of job indices you may need some specific advice and support on a one off project or an irregular but recurring publication.
Examples of this could be:
- Research into particular sectors, locations, occupations, jobs or skills to re-evaluate your own performance
- Independent market analysis as to whether you enter or exit a market
- Hiring trends for a tender where you wish to demonstrate particular unique knowledge about a client, its competitors and/or the industry in which it operates
- A white paper or conference presentation to share knowledge of trends in the changing skills demanded by an industry or for an occupation
- Market information to share with an employer or employer organisation to advance a policy initiative
- Career counselling or outplacement advice to an employer or specific employees as to where skills can be re-applied and where demand is evident to enhance career transition
- An Expert Witness report to substantiate a legal claim or defence in an employment issue.
